Create LTL Load

  1. Navigate to “Loads” page
  2. Click “Create”
  3. Select LTL
  4. Select Dispatcher
  5. Select Broker
  6. Click the “PO #” field and enter Broker Load Number here.
  7. Click the “Broker Miles” field and enter Miles from RC here
  8. Enter “Total Weight”
  9. Select Trailer type
  10. Enter “Freight Rate”
  11. “Description” field is internal, its visible for Dispatcher and Accountant only. Here you can input information for Accountant
  12. Upload RC in “Rate confirmation” field.
  13. Now its time to add Pickup and Delivery locations. Click “Add a line”
  14. Select Pick Up
  15. Select pick up Date
  16. Select pick up Time
  17. You can choose Start time and End Time
  18. Select Pick up location. You can search for location using zip code or address
  19. Click “Add a line”
  20. Select Delivery
  21. Click here.
  22. Select Delivery Date
  23. Select Delivery Location
  24. Click “Save”
