Create Service Log from Maintenance Plan

  1. Click Fleet page.
  2. Click “Maintenances Plan”
  3. Choose Maintenance plan / Truck
  4. Click “Create Service Log”
  5. Choose Start and End days for Maintenance
  6. Choose driver in Paid By field
  7. Choose Payment Source
  8. Enter Odometer Value on date of Maintenance
  9. Upload Invoice Scan
  10. Click “Add a line”
  11. Click this text field.
  12. Choose products that where used during Maintenance
  13. Add Price for the product
  14. Add description
  15. Click “Save”
