  1. Here is how Trailer assignations works

    1) When you creating a trip System will pull up existing trailer which assign to your truck in field Trailer 1

    This mean that you will go from previous trip delivery location to first pickup location with this trailer.

    If you will change trailer in field Trailer 1 system will put additional stop between Last trip delivery and firs pickup (Trailer Pickup Location) and will calculate empty miles to last known location of that trailer.

    2) If you planning to exchange trailer on pickup (In this example drop TR0004 and Pickup TR0003) you need to choose that trailer in “Change trailer” Field on Pickup line.

    This assignation become active when you will put trip from stage Dispatched to In Progress. System will drop Trailer 1 on the location of the pickup and will remove trailer TR0003 from Pickup drop location.

    1. If you planning to exchange trailer on delivery (In this example drop TR0003 and Pickup TR0005) you need to choose that trailer in “Change trailer” Field on Delivery line.

    This assignation become active when you will put trip from stage In Progress to Delivered. System will drop Current Trailer on the location of the delivery and will remove trailer TR0005 from Delivery drop location.

  2. Open Trip and Click “Edit”
  3. Select current trailer in Trailer 1 field.
  4. Click “To pending”
  5. Click “Confirm”
  6. If another trailer awaits for you on Pickup location, please select this trailer in Change trailer field on pickup line.
  7. Click “In progress”
  8. If another trailer awaits for you on Delivery location, please select this trailer in Change trailer field on Delivery line.
  9. Click “Report delivery”
